UNARMED GUARD TRAINING
Unarmed guards act as a preliminary defense system, prior to police involvement. It is a much needed position, a valued job in society, and has a great outlook as far as job openings in the next decade, as projected by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics.
This Security Guard Certification course consists of 16 hours of instruction on 7 core topic areas on becoming a security officer in North Carolina as it pertains to N.C.G.S 74C title 12 N.C.A.C. With this certification you will be eligible to work in any of the 100 counties in North Carolina.

ARMED GUARD TRAINING
Armed Guards are trained on firearm safety and marksmanship, concealed carry techniques and instruction in the North Carolina laws governing the carrying of a concealed handgun and the use of deadly force.
This Security Guard Certification course includes 24 hours of instruction on the fundamentals of firearm safety and marksmanship, in the North Carolina laws as it pertains to N.C.G.S 74C title 12 N.C.A.C. This will include 4 hours of range time and officers will have to qualify both day and night with a minimum of an 80% accuracy during their qualification. With this certification you will be eligible to work in any of the 100 counties in North Carolina.

CONCEALED CARRY WEAPON CERTIFICATION
This course includes instruction on the fundamentals of firearm safety and marksmanship, concealed carry techniques and instruction on the North Carolina laws governing the carrying of a concealed handgun and the use of deadly force.
